Lynchburg has a bunch of helpful local resources tucked away in different neighborhoods. The community center downtown offers free tax prep help and ESL classes on weekday evenings. Over on Main Street, there is a small food pantry that also stocks hygiene products and baby supplies. For folks needing job search assistance, the public library runs a weekly career workshop with resume coaching and computer access. These places really make a difference for people trying to get by.
