‘축산물 대체식품 섭취 경험은 40명 중 9명(19.3%)에 머물렀고, 이중 콩 단백질 식품에 대한 섭취 경험(96.9%)이 대다수를 차지했다. 한편 섭취 경험이 있는 식품 종류 중 ‘콩 단백질의 대체식품이 ‘곤충을 사용한 식품과 ‘버섯을 사용한 대체식품보다 맛, 식감, 가격에서 만족도가 낮게 보여졌다.
