야간 알바 경험은 여성(79.5%)이 남성(62.9%)에 16.1%포인트(P) 높았으며, 여성이 여성에 비해 상대적으로 택배 상·하차 알바를 하는 비율이 9.3%P 높았다. 남성의 경우 호프집 등 서빙 아르바이트를 하는 비율이 7.2%P 높았다.
지난 2011년 60대 이상의 알바 구직자 중 남성의 비율은 58.8%에 그쳤으나, 전년에는 68.9%로 불어났고, 올해 상반기에는 70.9%에 달했다. 70대 이상의 아르바이트 구직자 중 남성의 비율도 지난2013년에는 70.2%였으나 작년(75.0%)에 이어 올해 상반기에는 76.7%로 가장 높았다.
고등학생 중에는 학기 중이나 방학에 항상 아르바이트를 하는 상시 알바들이 많아 초장기 알바보다 초장기알바생에 대한 선호도가 높은 편이다. 특히 코로나바이러스 재확산 등 경기변화의 효과로 알바생 구직이 쉽지 않아지면서 단기알바생 선호도가 더 높아지는 것으로 보인다.
