<p>스마트폰 소액결제는 당월 이용한 결제 자금이 모바일 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이와 같이 경우 휴대폰 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 다만 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 핸드폰 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 때문에 승인 취소가 불가하다.</p>
<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 똑같은 글로벌 온라인 사업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 완만한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 많다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 증가하고 있습니다면 구글이 최고로 제일 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 이야기 했다.</p>
<p>하지만 일부 불법 업체의 신용카드결제, 구글아이디어이용료, 스마트폰소액결제현금화 서비스 진행 시 개인 정보를 빼돌려 악용하는 스미싱 등 관련 피해 사례 역시 보고 되고 있다. 그래서 사용자들은 서비스 사용 전 피해 예방 수칙을 반드시 확인하고 이를 준수해야 한다.</p>
<p>23일 업계의 말을 인용하면 쿠팡(대표 김범석), 위메프(대표 박은상), 티몬(대표 유한익) 등의 소셜커머스와 대형 온라인몰인 LF(대표 오규식), 신세계인터내셔널(대표 차정호) 등은 핸드폰 소액결제 후 취소 시 결제월과 취소월이 다르더라도 계좌로 현금을 우선 지급하고 있습니다.</p>
